MENG, Russian Uralvagonzavod To Start Extensive In-depth Cooperation
The Uralvagonzavod (Уралвагонзавод，shortened as УВЗ) located Nizhny Tagil, Russia was established in 1936 and it’s one of the largest tank manufactures in the world. It has manufactured numerous famous tanks like T-34, T-54/55, T-62, T-72 and T-90. Now, it has become the "Open Joint Stock Company “Research and Production Corporation “Uralvagonzavod” (ОAO «Научно-Производственная Корпорация «Уралвагонзавод»).
On September 9, 2015, MENG’s team was invited by the Uralvagonzavod to visit the Russia Arms Expo 2015 in Nizhny Tagil. MENG has reached an in-depth cooperation agreement with the Uralvagonzavod: MENG will receive an official license for the Uralvagonzavod related model kits which are available on the market; both parties will work together to develop more model kits of the Uralvagonzavod’s vehicles; what’s more, MENG will introduce a series of excellent Uralvagonzavod official souvenirs to the Chinese market.
